Over the past few months, there have been speculations about Apple’s augmented reality glasses. Now, thanks to the new patents registered by the company, we can find new information about these iPhone-capable glasses. This patent demonstrates how Apple’s augmented reality headset can be used alongside an iPhone or iPad. In one of the images, you can see the use of a device like the iPad and iPhone to view the augmented reality without the need for glasses. The next image also refers to how to communicate with augmented reality using a touch screen.
In another, we see how to add some detail to the normal environment by connecting a mobile phone with an augmented reality headset; the feature that can be used by users in applications like Find My iPhone and Maps.Although these patents do not specifically refer to augmented reality glasses, but with the use of the phrase “mounted on the head”, it is expected that Apple will use this technology in its wearable products.
Finally, it should be said that all of the above plans may not go beyond the scope of the proposed project, but many technology analysts believe that by 2020, Apple will eventually unveil its augmented reality glasses.
